The Franklin County Democratic Party is so grateful to the tireless work of the Frankli County Health Department giving COVID tests outside in all weather and delivering vaccines. In April of 2021, we delivered flowers, pizza, and cookies to our healthcare workers to show our appreciation.

The FCDP raised money to have a Biden Harris billboard on I-24 at the Pelham/Decherd exit at the bottom of the mountain heading East towards Monteagle/Chattanooga.

This young lady is Victoria Gamez, the 2021 recipient of the scholarship sponsored by the Franklin County Democratic Party and the Franklin County Democratic Women. She received several scholarships and other honors at the FCHS Senior Awards Program Thursday, April 29. Her plans are to attend The University of Tennessee at Martin, majoring in biology, We hope to have her at an upcoming monthly party meeting. Congratulations, Victoria!

The FCDP brought lunch to the striking trade union workers on July 7. We stand in solidarity with them!

On August 21, 2021, The Franklin County Democratic Party held its reorganization and chose new officers and a new executive committee.

On September 28, 2019, the Franklin County Democratic Party hosted its annual BBQ Supper and Fundraiser honoring the life and legacy of State Representative George Fraley. Our scheduled speakers were TN House members, Gloria Johnson and Karen Camper, but unfortunately Ms. Camper was unable to make it.

Please contact your state officials and ask them to oppose turning Medicaid into a block grant system.
