It only takes 2 minutes to make a quick call or send an email to your elected officials! You don’t need to agonize over composing the perfect argument. Their aides are usually just taking a tally of how many calls/letters they get in favor of and against a certain issue. Sample script:
Hi, my name is (your name) and I am a constituent in Franklin County. I’m asking that (your elected official) please vote NO/YES on (insert your issue).
